    its offensive to anyone who does proper pull ups

  2. yup has to be the guy with the shirt off typical douche bag thing, muscle
    ups are cheating pull ups heres a idea dont swing your body see if you can
    still do the same thing.. i didnt think so wheres the stupid look at me i
    can do handstand push ups just kills your shoulders you get the same
    results in reg push ups but you dont get all the attention. 

  3. 1) Pull ups. yes the momentum does make it easier to get up. but he is
    still only using nothing but his body and it is still a pull up
    2) The form wasnt bad. Thats how you do these excercises. If your scared to
    lift a bar over your head then dont. no ones forcing you
    3) If you think its annoying to drop rubber weights (which were made for
    that) then you shouldnt even be at a gym.

  4. i dont understand why people hate crossfit so much. i am a muay thai
    student and this is extremely helpful. muscular endurance and cardio is
    super important when it comes to fighting. hypertrophy isnt everything.

  5. ay, serious…. 10 burps for warm up? whats up after that? bloodflow? ready
    joints and muscles? sorry, thats a joke. please don’t imitate if you want
    to stay healthy!

    like: the correct form for doing an incorrect pullup. – broscience 

  7. I hate how he thinks people who are new to cross fit are suppose to be able
    to do that amount of weight 

  8. This guy has some terrible form… literally everything he does is done
    wrong.
    If you want to do this, please look up how to do it correctly because
    otherwise you will sooner or later hurt something… maybe your back or
    your patella.
    The other thing is that I recommend you to do Calisthenics or Freelethics
    because these work with your own bodyweight and are much better for growing
    natural muscles.
    And – to be honest – you can’t do that much wrong with for example
    Calisthenics that you could with what this guy has shown you.

    this sequence or you suggest something more?
