  1. After seeing those muscle ups I’m going to say other posters are naive,
    dude is on the juice. I’ve gotten this big naturally and couldn’t have done
    those muscle ups nor could I get to single digit body fat to look so
    impressive.
    Pro hormones aren’t always about size.

  2. Wow, two whole minutes of a *dramatic* intro. This is exactly what I want
    to see every time I decide to do this workout. This is one big jerk off
    video ‘Hey, look how awesome I am!’ And not even an instructional word.

    Yeah, you do look awesome. Connect with your audience (maybe you do in
    other videos). It’s hard trying to follow along if you’re not given a
    queue.

  3. What does he do for legs, cause u can’t just work upper body w/out lower.
    he would have even greater upper body gains if he activated his nervous
    system by training legs. Besides, his legs look like toys compared to the
    rest of him. Uneven and asymmetrical. I know it hurts but you gotta work
    ya legs man! U still look impressive tho, good work!

    there he does pistol squats with weight. I bet there is more videos where
    he train legs..

  7. This time around I was really able to enjoy the workout, as my wrists
    didn’t hurt (been doing a cpl exercises). What a burn! This is a great
    total body workout…everything is going to hurt tomorrow, I can tell..lol
    🙂

  10. Just did this video for the first time. I’m sweating more than I ever did
    doing the cardio workouts. What is cardio anyway? My heart was definitely
    pumping doing this workout. I’ve been doing fitnessblender workouts for
    just 5 weeks now and I have already lost 5 pounds. I feel so good doing
    these workouts that I will probably continue to do them even when the
    weather improves and I resume my daily cycling. I can do lunges now! I used
    to always hurt myself when I would try to do them because other DVD workout
    videos were too demanding. These videos are so encouraging. I can go lower
    with my lunges than ever before. =)

    right now, the burn is just amazing.
    How many times a week is it recommended to do this work out for best

    sure shows off!! How much weight are you using per hand? 10lbs? And what do
    you eat in a day? Curious what your diet look likes… and about how long
