Thanks for the tips! I am 5 weeks into a sub 3:30 Training Peaks marathon
plan which currently says I should run at 9 to 9:30 minute miles on my
LSD’s. Should I stick to that? I have this urge to stick to marathon pace
or faster! But I also worry about an ITBS injury I’ve had twice.
